Meet the Owner, Gabrielle Crittenden.

As an accomplished business owner and with nearly 30 years experience as a commercial claims adjuster, Gabrielle leads her team of professional property and casualty adjusters with  spearheading precise and comprehensive liability investigations according to assignment details.

With strong litigation experience, Gabrielle ensures that her staff is competent in understanding the use of both common and speciality defenses and immunities as applicable, such as with claims involving non-profits. Continuing education is a hallmark with this investigative team. Medical malpractice claims with the added complication of enhanced remedies potential are successfully investigated... we find that asking the right questions will often forfeit plaintiff’s enhanced remedies potential.

On a personal note, Gabrielle is an accomplished chef and is currently writing her cookbook.
